  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed by 5:00 PM (UK Time, GMT) are processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after this cut-off will be processed the next business day.

Processing Time

  • Processing typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Please allow extra time during peak seasons, sales events, or UK public holidays.

Shipping Methods

  • Free Standard Shipping (UK): Delivery within 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Free of charge

Shipping Costs & Carriers

  • Standard shipping is free
  • We partner with Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri (Hermes) for reliable delivery.
  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your parcel in real time.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Lost in Transit

While rare, if your order does not arrive:

  • We will investigate with the courier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Out of Stock Items

We aim to keep all items in stock, but occasionally products may become unavailable. If this happens:

  • You will be notified by email.
  • You may choose to keep the order on backorder or cancel for a full refund.
  • Your payment method will not be charged until the item ships.
